Our story
Local from the beginning.
ISS began in 1999 when two partners started the business together with a shared commitment to capable, personal technology support.
A third partner contributed during the company’s earlier years, and the two founders continue to lead ISS today. Through changes in technology and the businesses that depend on it, the company has remained rooted in Ville Platte and connected to the communities it serves.
That history matters because good IT support depends on continuity. Over time, ISS learns how a customer operates, what its people rely on, and which technology decisions will make a practical difference.
